Strengthen the network

Build trust in the network and create new energy.

Adapt to the current landscape

Keep evolving your understanding to align your change strategy with the real world.

"Never doubt that a small group of people can change the world.
It is the only thing that ever has."

- Margaret Mead

How it works

1. Collect building blocks

Participants collect building blocks from personal stories and initiatives. These are the starting point for uncovering shared themes and ambitions.

2. Build the landscape

Participants shape their landscape of interrelated challenges. They use the topography of the map to create shared meaning by using position, lines and contextual elements.

3. Discover next steps

Participants use this landscape to find where they can move the needle, using their own and each other’s strengths.

The fundamentals

We work closely with our academic friends: the Applied University of Utrecht and the Systemic Co-Design network. So you can ground your approach in sound research.
